About the Sport Australia Hall of Fame
The Sport Australia Hall of Fame exists to preserve and celebrate the history of Australian sport, and to excite all Australians to achieve their potential both in sport and life.
Built around the inspirational words of our first Inductee and Legend, Sir Donald Bradman AC, the Sport Australia Hall of Fame is determined to carry to Australians everywhere the symbol of excellence as represented by its members across all sports and genders.
Sport is a defining and dominant part of Australian social culture. In honouring the member achievements, the Sport Australia Hall of Fame preserves, presents and shares this priceless sporting heritage as an inspiration to all Australians.

2019 inductees into the Hall of Fame
National Sport Integrity Forum
In 2014, VU and the Sport Australia Hall of Fame initiated the National Sport Integrity Forum.
The Forum brings together Australia’s sports and community leaders – including sporting organisation presidents, chairs and CEOs, local government and regional sports assemblies, integrity officers, elite and club athletes and facility owners and operators.
The Forum aims to generate in-depth discussion on the moral, legal and ethical issues related to sport.
It explores how an ethical framework can be maintained to ensure that Australians of all generations retain their trust in the value and importance of sport in our society.
