    Overview

This unit is designed for students undertaking an approved study tour within the College of Law and Justice. Students participate in an organised short-term or long-term study tour that combines formal study with experiential learning in a particular culture and society. Students participate in a series of seminars hosted or organised by agencies, institutions or organisations approved by the College. Using an inquiry-based approach along with their participation in project partnerships and other learning and teaching situations, students explore their developing understanding of the law in a social, cultural, academic and transnational environment while contextualising their experience within the framework of environment protection and enhancement, business establishment and sustainability or community development.
