Learning advice

Our Learning Hubs offer workshops and a drop-in sessions to help you develop the skills you need to keep on track. Academic advice is offered through mentoring, group activities and online after-hours support.

We can help you with:

  • university assignments and assessment tasks
  • maths and writing skills and resources
  • effective ways to study and manage your time
  • exam preparation.

Staying on track

Our student advocacy service provides confidential advice, support and representation to help you progress successfully during your time at university.

We can help you prepare and present your own views regarding course progress, appeals, special consideration and complaint resolution.

Disability support

If you have a disability or medical condition that could impact your studies, talk to us. Our Accessibility Liaison Officers will help you participate in all aspects of university life.

We can provide support to enhance your learning in class through course adjustments, alternative arrangements and direct, in-class support workers.

Financial advice

Our professional staff can provide financial advice for managing your study and living costs.

We also offer guidance on financial assistance you may be entitled to from the Australian Government.
