Contracts 1 provides students with the knowledge of the law of contract. The law of contract provides the rules which determine when one party is liable to another under or in connection with a contract. This is an extremely important area of law as contracts are created on a daily basis and form the basis of most commercial arrangements. Students will be exposed to relevant law of contract which govern the processes of formation of contract, interpretation of contract, performance as well as termination of contract.
