This professional-development workshop is suitable for individuals from any industry, job role, community or sporting organisation.
It provides participants with an introductory understanding of building a team.
At the completion of the workshop, you will be able to:
- identify and use techniques to identify the development needs of your team
- begin to develop effective learning and development plans for your team members
- understand more clearly how to effectively coach and/or mentor members of your team
- begin to develop strategies to monitor and record the development progress of your team members and adjust strategies if necessary.

This requires a continuous learning approach to ensure the challenges of change are overcome and the opportunities are capitalised. In this course, participants will learn the importance of workplace learning, gain a continuous learning mindset and develop the ability to design and implement a range of development strategies for their team.
