You can securely access digital versions of your certified transcripts and degree documents through My eQuals.
My eQuals is a shared platform used by universities across Australia and New Zealand. You can view and securely share digital versions of your documents with anyone, including employers and other universities.
All HE and TAFE students will be provided with digital graduation documents when they are conferred (graduate).
You will receive an email containing a URL, with instructions on how to access the secure site. You can share this link with employers or other institutions as you choose.
Other students can request digital academic transcripts via the Request for formal results statements and replacement testamur form.
Higher Education (HE) & TAFE students can buy a digital version of their official academic transcript and share the link with anyone, including potential employers or other universities.
All HE graduates will be provided with digital testamurs as well as hard-copy versions.

Note: Digital copies are only available if you graduated after December 2017. If you graduated prior to December 2017 you can only purchase hard-copy replacement testamurs – do so via the above form.
My eQuals protects your credentials, guaranteeing the integrity and authenticity of your digital documents.
The underlying systems have been independently tested by security experts to ensure documents are authentic, tamper-evident and legally valid when viewed online.
All documents have digital signatures that meet the legal requirements of certified digital documents in countries around the world.
On request, an HE student or graduate can provide access to their official VU credentials through the My eQuals portal. This guarantees the document's authenticity as students and graduates can't upload or modify documents in My eQuals. Only accredited universities from Australia and New Zealand can issue documents through this platform.
An HE student or graduate can provide anyone with a link, directing them to their official documents.
Recipients should check they are viewing the document through the My eQuals portal - the link should start with https://myequals.edu.au
Certified documents viewed in Adobe Acrobat Reader have a blue ribbon above the document stating, Certified by Victoria University… all signatures are valid.
Documents that have been tampered with or modified show a red X and error message in the blue ribbon.*
Digital documents can only be guaranteed when viewed online using Adobe Acrobat Reader (rather than printed versions).
If you’d like to buy official, certified hard copies you can do so via the Request for formal results statements and replacement testamur form
*The recipient needs to use the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (not their browser), while connected to the internet. Slow internet speed may limit Acrobat Reader's ability to verify the document's signature.
