Jess Karevski:

Graduate, Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts

I studied law because I wanted to give people a voice.
My parents migrated to Australia.
I went to a public school in the west.
Many of my friends didn’t consider going to Uni.
I encourage high school students from the West to be ambitious.
Victoria Law School can help them imagine a future in the wider legal profession.
They do workshops, court tours and meet real professionals who teach them about pathways into law.
I want students to know that studying law is a real option and that the legal profession needs them.
Having a more diverse legal sector means that more members of our community can access justice.
My name is Jess and I studied a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts at VU.
